Cancellation and Refund
Our focus is 'complete customer satisfaction'. However, if you are displeased with products/services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine print here before buying, it provides all the details about products/services you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our products/services, you may cancel your order(s) and request refund from us. Our policy for cancellation and refund will be as follows:
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations, please contact us. Requests have to be received within 7 business days.
REFUND POLICY
We try offer the best products/services to our clients. In case you are not completely satisfied with our products/services, we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card provided at the time of purchase. In case of payment gateway transactions, refund will be made to the same account.
Once the refund has been processed, the bank takes some time to reverse your initial transaction and complete the refund. However, the refund amount can be seen in your account within the time frame provided to you. (5-7 days working days for domestic and 3-4 weeks for international orders).
*The time taken for processing refund will depend on payment service providers.
EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION & REFUND
While we aim to resolve every case fairly, refunds, replacements and cancellations cannot be offered in the following situations:
- Used, installed or activated products: Laptops or accessories that have been powered on for extended use, had software/OS activated beyond initial setup, or show signs of use are not eligible for a straightforward return — such cases are handled only as warranty/service claims.
- Tampered seals, stickers or serial numbers: Products with a broken warranty seal, removed labels, or a serial/IMEI number that does not match our records will not be accepted for return.
- Missing box, accessories or invoice: Returns must include the original packaging, charger, manuals, freebies and invoice. Incomplete returns cannot be processed.
- Physical or liquid damage after delivery: Damage caused by accidental drops, spills, unauthorized repairs, or misuse after the product was delivered in good condition is not covered.
- Customized/build-to-order configurations: Laptops assembled or upgraded to a custom specification (RAM/SSD upgrades, custom builds, etc.) are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Requests outside the window: Cancellation or return requests raised after 7 business days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
- Change of mind: We're unable to offer a refund solely because you changed your mind after a correctly delivered, undamaged product was accepted.
- Promotional, clearance or open-box items: Products purchased under a clearance/open-box listing are sold as-is and are final sale unless defective on arrival.
- Without proof of purchase: We are unable to process a return, cancellation or refund without a valid order ID/invoice.
Genuine cases such as a manufacturing defect, an item that arrived damaged in transit, a wrong item shipped, or a duplicate charge remain eligible for investigation and refund under our standard Refund Policy above.
